My question or rather observation is this: -
The hit movie The Secret should come with an instruction manual!!!! Why?….I will tell you………… in all the interview/video sequences ALL the gurus involved stress that achieving ALL your desires is very simply a matter of

..very clearly and concisely visualising your precise desires in the fulfilled form(as if you already manifested them) and then passing it out into the universe to do the rest. however, in all the “post” movie interviews and product promotions, they make it all out to be much more complicated than they all had us believe in the movie!! It appears, at the end of the day, that whilst a positive and organised mind set is crucial, it really ALL COMES DOWN TO GOOD OLD HARD WORK (or working smart even!!). But, despite all their claims to the contrary, there is no magic formula to manifesting all ones desires. PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG BRUCE!!!!!!

In first taking on board the principles of the Law of Attraction, in sheer excitement I kept on at my partner to use the principles to help him in his life. Good intentions – but it did not work. Only on studying further did I realise that each and every one of us has to make the decision to change at the time that is right for them. Had I followed that instruction I believe it would have come to him sooner. He is getting there now, but I slowed down his process as well as my own.

I have difficulty in experiencing my higher self my higher spirit my higher truth but i can’t find any instructions on how to do this.

Hi Bruce,
I really appreciate you posting the short videos and even the tiny bits of information you reveal is useful(like the one where you showed us how you measure the input/output can change the results you get).
I practice the “relaxation 4 manifestation” guided audio and I really liked it and I am using it for visualising a top score for my licensing exam.I haven’t noticed any synchronicities yet.And now with this video I realise that is there a instruction manual for how to ace this exam.I have been in the medical feild as a student for almost 11,yrs now and still strugling.Many study guides and experiences of students but all say a different story.If you could help come up with a idea it would be great. Many years ago a friend suggested reading books by Neville. His work (The Law and The Promise & Resurrection) are excellent instruction manuals, but not easy to follow for a beginner. It did start for me a lifelong commitment to being all that I can be. I am currently spend time daily with Resurrection and practice ~ Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled and continue feeling that it is fulfilled until that which you feel objectifies itself.

That was an inspiring piece of video, Bruce. I’m part-way around the world in the Rocky Mountains, it’s nice to get a blast from other locales.
I was just thinking about your question, and I realized I have been trying to get myself to start a business without much success. I think I must have misplaced the instruction manual with the crucial Steps that I need to provide the motivation and energy to keep going.

I love your videos Bruce – they always make me think about myself and my actions. I find though that so many people get caught up on trying to find or follow the instructions for life that they never see what is right in front of them. I am sure that if you would have stopped before tightening the chain Bruce you would have seen or felt that the exhaust pipe was extremely hot and then waited for it to cool down or avoided touching the pipe.
In response to Andy’s post – life doesn’t have to be hard and it doesn’t need extreme amounts of effort. I manifested a house for $4,000 and the only action I took was talking to one friend and 2 phone calls to the bank. That is it!

Thanks Bruce! Love getting your videos from around the globe! I’m in the Joshua Tree forest of NW Arizona right now. I do agree with Brenda above, about being truly present in the moment, when many “how-tos” become quite obvious. The Divine really has equipped us magnificently, physically, mentally, emotionally and intuitively for optimum success. To me, all technique is support to recall and USE that magnificent equipment.
Note to Tom: Do you know Neville’s, At Your Command (you can find a free download online) It’s the quintessence!

Dear Bruce….Being a transplanted South African 40 years ago to USA, I must add….how wonderful for those of we “expats” to see you in the “boonies” in beautiful South Africa. I know how beautiful it is and pray that it continues to endure any neglect or abuse. Thank you for giving us a glimpse of where we came from.
I am 75 years old and never will I give up my dream of having an internet marketing business. I know the “gang” that you mingle with when you come over here…I have been to a few of their seminars.
I use LOA every night before I go to sleep, because that’s the best time to infuse my subconsious mind with my dreams. Those are the instructions from someone’s manual….when they work for me, I will make them my own.
BTW Bruce…I love your accent, it’s beginning to sound more British and is delightful…and as I discovered when I first came over here, that when someone had to ask me 3 times to repeat what I said, I realized I was talking too quickly
…..being old enough to be your grandma, please accept this as though it were from your own kin.

thanks for your blog. it is so true. i have just recently started reading my body instruction manual and relaised i don’t need to eat as much as i do. ive lost 6kgs since January and im starting to feel great.
i havent read my manual about finding MR Right- even though i beleive he is out there. sometimes i just plod along and wonder why im not going anywhere. don’t get me wrong im happy but i am missing that one true person in my life and to be honest i havent really sat down and thought about what i really want or the type of man i would like to meet. i think i should make my list and get out there and meet him.

I have a lot of pointers and tips for creating an online business but still struggle because I am not following the advice in a timely manner. I read bits of information, start on that, then never finish reading “the instructions.” I need to go back and review my notes. Part of the instructions tell me to have a plan and clear goals, I always skip this crucial step which would probably account for a slower start than I want.

Well – just been contemplating your Instruction Manual concept to a Water Tank thats leaked in the attic – a cooker thermostat thats blown and now a kettle…..the Univerese trying to tell me something ? or the result of – hopefully a positive change of energy in ” out with the old and in with the new ?” being ever the optimist-would love some feedback… Noramac

For me, not reading the instructions came down to branding. I am my own brand, and when I am most in my zone, all the opportunities and people seem to pop up at exactly the right time. Funny how last month, you were one of those people!
As your video shows, hindsight is a beautiful thing. After re-reading the chapter on Star Profiles in Roger Hamilton’s book ‘Your Life Your Legacy’, I immediately recognised where I had ‘burnt my forehead’. Funny, I had read that chapter many times, but it was only with a different perspective that this time – it made sense.
So I would say not only is reading the the instructions important, but re-reading the bloody things is important too. I have found as my world view shifts, little gremlins get into stuff I have read and change the words around. Somehow the clever little buggers seem to make it even more profound.
Rock on Bruce. It’s not what you say, it’s what you do that inspires me.

Hi Andy,
Yes, there is no escaping taking ACTION… In fact, if you look at the word ATTRACTION, it contains the word ACTION (giving us a clue as to how to manifest).
However, when you are internally congruent with your goals, the ACTION you take does not have to be ‘hard work’.
I find that once I have programmed my mind for my goal AND then I act on the opportunities I notice showing up, I fulfill my goal in half the time that it would take other people who have not learned to do the ‘inner work’ of manifesting (programming your mind).
Personally I use the Relaxation For Manifestation to program my mind.
From the point of view of following instructions, there are definately ‘instructions’ for manifesting, or at the very least a set of criteria that must be met in order to manifest effortlessly.
As I’m reading some of the comments on this page, I sense that a few of the authors are a little skeptical… That’s OK, but know that skepticism is what is holding you back from truly releasing your full power and ability to manifest.
It can be difficult to overcome skepticism about the Law Of Attraction, especially when you are not seeing the results you want. I’ve been there many times, even though I teach the LOA.
However, I’ve noticed that when I do the work to install a positive mindset, miracles show up again. While I’m still skeptical, it feels like a drought dries out the magic in my life…
Personally, I view closed minded skepticism as one of the BIGGEST KILLERS of possibility.
Nobody ever erected a statue to a skeptic…

Hi, I am a Painter of Animals, I have a degree in Fine Art and so feel that I have trained (read the instruction manual) but I dont know how to find my clients, when I stumble across them, its great, but that is all I am doing, I dont know where to find an instruction manual, I am the sort of person who may even read it….well some of it. Thank you for you words of wisdom always….I consider you to be a chapter in my instruction manual!!! hope thats okay. Suzy

I never read the instructions. I nearly always wing it…and burn my forehead.
